Ashtanga YogaAshtanga Yoga includes breathing excercises, meditation and asanas. As students hold various positions, their attention is drawn to the healing power of the breath. Our 05:30 pm courses tend to be more challenging integrating a variety of standing, strengthening, balancing, core and inversion poses than the morning classes. The Ashtanga classes at 01:30 pm are and pretty much adapted to the students.
restorative YogaA restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more,restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. 
PilatesPilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Pilates exercises are done on a mat or using special equipment,
MeditationMeditation means sitting for a certain time in easy pose. These meditation classes are partly guided. Before we meditation we do some breathing excercises and we always end in a relaxation pose.
